Browse all chapter members with their photos and contact info. Tap any member card to see their full profile, notes, and badges.
Use the search box to find members by their notes or tags. Type a keyword like "attorney" or "mentor" and tap Search. Members with matching notes will be highlighted.
Add personal notes about each member. Tap a member card, then tap Edit Notes to add info about their skills, interests, or anything you want to remember. Tap Save when done.
Upload custom photos for members. In a member's profile, tap the π· camera button to upload a new photo.
Tag members with their roles:
π΄ Red = Executive Board
π‘ Gold = Committee Chair
π΅ Blue = Committee Member
π£ Purple = Spotlight Member
βͺ White = Business Owner
Check the tags in a member's profile and tap Save Tags.
Own a business? Tag yourself as a Business Owner! This white badge with a gold border appears at the bottom of your member card to let others know you're an entrepreneur.
Feature a member on the home screen! Admins can check the Spotlight Member tag in a member's profile. They'll appear in a large purple card at the top.

Calendar to see upcoming events. For each event you can:

Add to Calendar to download the event

β’ Tap the π phone number to dial into meetings

Let the chapter know you're coming! Tap the βοΈ RSVP button on any event to register your attendance ahead of time. The event card shows how many members have RSVPed.
On the day of an event, the β
Check-In button appears. Tap it to log your attendance. Your check-in is tracked to help monitor your service hours completion for the year.
π Tell me more about Service Hours
Tap on any member card to see their Event Attendance history for the past 13 months. This listing shows all the events they've checked into and represents progress toward mandatory service hours requirements.
Use this to track how many Calendar Events and Committee meetings members have attended toward annual membership requirements.
Share events with the chapter! In the Calendar, tap β Add Event to submit your own event. You can add:
β’ Event title, date, time, and location
β’ Description of what's happening
β’ A web link for more information
β’ An event flyer image
Your event will appear alongside chapter events, marked with a purple "Member Event" badge.
On member cards with phone numbers, use the π Call and π¬ Text buttons to reach out directly.
If you're a member of any committee, you'll see action buttons for your committees:
β’ π View Notes - Read and post notes specific to your committee. Tap β Add Note to post. Notes show who posted and when. Delete with ποΈ.
β’ βοΈ Message Team - Email all members of that committee
Membership Committee also gets π View New Applicants to see pending membership applications.
Executive Board members can access all committee features.
