iPhone: Open this page in Safari, tap the Share button, then select Add to Home Screen.
Android: Open in Chrome, tap the Menu button, then tap Install App.
Once installed, the app works just like a regular app β no App Store needed!
After signing in, tap π₯ View Members to see all chapter members with their photos and contact info. Tap any member card to open their full profile.
Open π₯ View Members, then use the small My Referrals button to the right of the Showing members message. This view shows applicants who listed you as their sponsor so you can follow up, stay engaged, and remain accountable to your membership duties.
Use the search box at the top of the Members view. Type a keyword like "attorney", "mentor", or "healthcare" and tap Search. Members with matching notes or tags will be highlighted.
On member cards that have a phone number on file, tap the π Call or π¬ Text button to reach out directly from your phone.
Tap the π€ Ask Ric button to open the AI assistant. Ask questions like "Who is a dentist?", "Which members went to Ohio State?", or "Who owns a business?" β Ric searches the member directory and returns matching results. Member names in the response are clickable and open their full profile.
At sign-in, the app can show a 100BMCO News startup pop-up with admin messages and short questions (for example, wedding anniversary updates). If the popup is not active, you can still submit your answer here in How To using the form below.
Tap π Calendar in the quick-links bar. You'll see all upcoming chapter events and member-submitted events in one combined calendar, sorted by date.
In the Calendar view, tap the Past Events toggle button to see events from the last 60 days. Tap Upcoming Events to return to the normal view.
On any event card that has a location, tap the πΊοΈ map icon to open Google Maps with directions to the venue.
Tap π Add to Calendar on the event card. This downloads a calendar file (.ics) that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
For virtual events, tap πΉ Join Meeting to open the Microsoft Teams link. If the event has a dial-in number, tap the π phone number shown on the card to call in directly.
When a member event has a flyer attached, a thumbnail appears on the event card. Tap the flyer image to view it full size.
In the Calendar view, tap β Add Event to open the submission form. You can include a title, date, time, location, description, a web link, and an event flyer image. Your event will appear alongside all chapter events, marked with a purple "Member Event" badge.
Tap the βοΈ RSVP button on any upcoming event card. The card will update to show the total number of RSVPs from chapter members.
On the day of an event (and the day after), a β Check-In button appears on the event card. Tap it to record your attendance. Check-ins count toward your annual service hours requirement.
The RSVP and Check-In counts on event cards are clickable. Tap βοΈ RSVPs: N or β Checked-In: N to open a popup listing every member who responded. Tap a name in the list to open their full profile.
Open any member's profile by tapping their card. Scroll down to see their full Event Attendance history β every event they've checked into over the past 13 months.
Each year, members must attend a minimum number of events to remain in good standing. Your check-ins in the app are the official record. The 2026 requirements are: 2 of 6 General Body meetings, 3 Calendar Events, and 3 Committee meetings.

Tap any member card in the directory. Their profile opens with contact info, role badges, personal notes, and their full event attendance history.
Open a member's profile and tap βοΈ Edit Notes. Type anything you want to remember β skills, interests, how you met. Tap Save when done. Notes are personal and visible only to you.
Open a member's profile and tap the π· camera icon. Choose a photo from your device to upload. The new photo will appear on their card across the app.
Open a member's profile, scroll to the Tags section, and check the appropriate roles. Tap Save Tags to apply them. Tags appear as colored badges on member cards.

Members tagged as Business Owner display a white badge with a gold border at the bottom of their member card, making it easy to identify fellow entrepreneurs in the chapter.
One member at a time can be featured as the Spotlight Member. They appear in a large purple card at the very top of the member directory. Spotlight Members are selected by admins using the Spotlight Member tag in the member's profile.
After signing in, your committee action buttons appear on the home screen. Tap π View Notes next to your committee name to see all notes posted chronologically, with the author's name and timestamp.
In your committee's notes view, tap β Add Note, type your message, and submit. Your name and timestamp will be attached. Tap ποΈ to delete your own notes.
On the home screen, tap βοΈ Message Team next to your committee name. This opens your email app with all committee members pre-filled as recipients.
Membership Committee members and Executive Board members will see a π View New Applicants button on the home screen. Tap it to see all pending applications with full details β personal info, references, committee interests, and payment status.
In the Applicants view, tap an applicant card then tap βοΈ Edit Progress. You'll see 7 checkpoints: Applied β Paid β Interviewed β Voted-In β Pinned β System-Added β Background-Check. Check each step as it's completed. When Voted-In is checked, the system automatically creates the member's sign-in account.
In the Applicants view, tap β¬οΈ Export CSV. A file named applicants-YYYY-MM-DD.csv will download to your device containing all pending applicants with their full application details β name, email, phone, application date, type, references, interests, work info, and current checkpoint progress. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Tap ποΈ Shop in the quick-links bar to open the merchandise catalog. Each item shows a photo, description, and available sizes.
Tap Add to Cart on any item, select your size and quantity, and confirm. When ready, tap the π Cart button to review your items and submit your order. The chapter will follow up with payment details.
Tap the βοΈ Admin button (visible only to the admin account). The panel provides direct links to all SharePoint lists, the Outlook calendar, and quick actions to send login reports and membership summaries.
In the Calendar view, admin users see a π Create Event button. This creates an event directly on the 100BMCO Calendar of Events Outlook calendar and automatically notifies the Communications Committee by email.
Authorized mentoring administrators will see an π¨βπ Our Students button on the home screen. This opens the full student management portal β browse student profiles, view survey results, edit student information, and manage mentoring session titles.
